ABOUT US

Our Approach to Singing & Performance

Nhess Weber Music is a place of excellence in vocal training and performance, dedicated to nurturing singers of all ages and levels. Our programs are built on science-based vocal techniques, structured pedagogy, and performance practice, while maintaining a supportive and enjoyable learning environment.

We offer a diverse range of programs — Kids Musical Theatre, Gospel Choir, and 1:1 Voice Coaching — designed to help students develop technical skills, express creativity, and gain confidence on stage. Our approach ensures that learning is both educational and engaging, making music accessible and inspiring for the whole family.

We are currently accepting expressions of interest for Holiday and Term 4 programs for all age groups. With limited spaces, this is an opportunity for children, teens, and adults to enjoy a meaningful, fun, and academically grounded musical experience.

At Nhess Weber Music, our mission is to foster musical growth, celebrate every voice, and build a vibrant, connected community of learners and performers.

our story

Nhess Weber Music – Voice, Performance & Community

Nhessica Weber is a multi-talented vocalist, performer, and mentor with formal training in Dance, Music, and Drama. Born and raised in the Philippines with Swiss heritage, she brings a rich blend of Southeast Asian and Western influences into her performances and teaching, all grounded in a lifelong love for the performing arts. Her journey began in childhood, immersed in music and dance at church, where her passion for performance first took root. She gained early recognition after winning a national performing arts competition in dance, music, and drama, which opened opportunities in film and stage work. These early experiences shaped her stage presence and instilled the discipline and confidence she now passes on to her students.

After moving to Melbourne, Nhessica expanded her artistic training across a wide range of dance styles — including ballet, jazz, hip hop, contemporary, Latin, and tap. Her performance career flourished, taking her to stages across Australia in both large-scale productions to small-scale concerts, demonstrating her versatility and artistry.

In time, Nhessica shifted her focus to mentoring emerging talent, completing her studies in Music Performance, specialised in Voice and drawing inspiration from Estill Voice Training — a science-based approach to the voice that now underpins her teaching. She helps singers and speakers develop healthy, efficient technique while exploring, developing and refining the voice qualities they want to express.

From pop/rock and musical theatre to gospel and contemporary styles, Nhessica brings dynamic creativity to every performance, class, and lesson. Whether on stage, in the classroom, or in the studio, she is passionate about building confidence, nurturing talent, and fostering a strong sense of community. As a mentor, Nhessica creates a space where learning is fun, growth is intentional, and every voice is celebrated.

Student Success Story

When 7-year-old Rachel first joined our program, she was shy and unsure about performing. Over the course of her lessons, she gained confidence in singing, speaking, and presenting at school. Her development went beyond music — she was recently honoured with a leadership award, and we are incredibly proud of her progress. Candice’s journey shows how music and performance can nurture confidence and empower young voices, both on stage and in life.
