ABOUT US

Our Approach to Singing & Performance

Nhess Weber Music is a place of excellence in vocal training and performance, dedicated to nurturing singers of all ages and levels. Our programs are built on science-based vocal techniques, structured pedagogy, and performance practice, while maintaining a supportive and enjoyable learning environment.

We offer a diverse range of programs — Kids Musical Theatre, Gospel Choir, and 1:1 Voice Coaching — designed to help students develop technical skills, express creativity, and gain confidence on stage. Our approach ensures that learning is both educational and engaging, making music accessible and inspiring for the whole family.

We are currently accepting expressions of interest for Holiday and Term 4 programs for all age groups. With limited spaces, this is an opportunity for children, teens, and adults to enjoy a meaningful, fun, and academically grounded musical experience.

At Nhess Weber Music, our mission is to foster musical growth, celebrate every voice, and build a vibrant, connected community of learners and performers.

our story

Nhess Weber Music – Voice, Performance & Community

Nhessica Weber is a multi-talented vocalist, performer, and mentor with formal training in Performing Arts, Music, and Dance. Born and raised in the Philippines with Swiss heritage, she embraces both her cultural roots and Western music traditions, sharing a unique blend of influences through her teaching and performances in Asia and Australia. With a background in dance and early experience as an ambassador for the largest shopping centre in Asia, Nhess developed discipline, confidence, and presentation skills from a young age. Her performance experience spans musical theatre, pop/rock, gospel, and contemporary styles. Driven by a passion for community and helping others explore music and the performing arts, she creates a space where learning is fun, growth is intentional, and every voice is celebrated — because, as Jo Estill says, “everyone has a beautiful voice, you just have to know how to use it.”

A Versatile and Experienced Performer

With a rich background in dance, musical theatre, and music, Nhessica brings her artistry and dynamic stage experience into her teaching practice. She draws on collaborations with local and international artists to provide students with practical guidance, diverse techniques, and confidence-building strategies, helping them grow as performers and develop their own unique voice

Leadership in Christian Ministry and Community

Nhessica Weber has been actively involved in Christian ministry and the arts, blending faith with creative expression through worship direction, live performances, and mentoring music teams. With formal training in Performing Arts, Dance, and Voice, she has contributed her skills to both small and large-scale productions, fostering connection, personal growth, and community through music.

Her initiatives include founding a Richmond Gospel Choir , Melbourne, celebrating multicultural unity and the joy of singing together. She has also participated in Women of Ophir, a musical event honouring Australian-Filipino culture, faith, and multi-faith collaboration, bringing communities together through artistry and worship.

Student Success Story

When 7-year-old Candice first joined our program, she was shy and unsure about performing. Over the course of her lessons, she gained confidence in singing, speaking, and presenting at school. Her development went beyond music — she was recently honoured with a leadership award, and we are incredibly proud of her progress. Candice’s journey shows how music and performance can nurture confidence and empower young voices, both on stage and in life.

Joining the choir feels like my weekly therapy. I always finish the session feeling uplifted, and everyone in the community is so warm and welcoming.
